TheLizard Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 I woke up and (finally) there's a good layer of snow on the ground and it's about 26 F according to the interwebs. That's cold.
RockyRaccoon Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 It's about 30 or so over here in Pennsylvania. And it's that bitter post-snow kind.
Jenny Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 We got about 4 inches of snow on Saturday afternoon up by me. Yesterday was quite nice, though. I built a little snowman with my daughter. I am not keen on winter, but if I have to endure it, I can endure sunny days in the 40s with no wind, like yesterday.
skybluesky Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 I woke up and (finally) there's a good layer of snow on the ground and it's about 26 F according to the interwebs. That's cold. Perhaps having long hippie hair in your eyes prevented you from reading my reported temp of a mere FIVE DEGREES Now that, son, is COLD.
TheLizard Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 Hot damn, them's snot-freezin' temps.
Shawna Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 no clue how cold it is, but I'm happy as can be that I'm not out in it. It's rainy, and windy, and there are flood warnings all over Phoenix.
Batman Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 16 Farenheit in Eugene right now. I can't stand this
_Laurie_ Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 We are suppose to be getting our first winter storm over the next couple days...
Lea Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 16 Farenheit in Eugene right now. I can't stand this You think thats bad, it has been anywhere from 0 to 4 degrees closer to the coast. I can't believe a lot of people from Portland are still going to the coast on the weekends It's cold to the bone here and is supposed to get even colder in the next few days If I wanted to be this cold I would have stayed in Wyoming. I am seriously hating this weather brrrrrr
Levis Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 It's summertime here, you northern hemisphere people are all freaks
Levis Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 *shiver* (curse you, moody Melbourne weather)
Mars88 Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 I'm going to post my weather so that ALL of you (unless you live in Siberia) can feel better about your present location: -29C or -20F and if we factor in windchill it feels like -38C or -36F
Mars88 Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 This isn't a competition I want to win!

Shawna Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 I'm going to post my weather so that ALL of you (unless you live in Siberia) can feel better about your present location: -29C or -20F and if we factor in windchill it feels like -38C or -36F in the name of all that's holy, where do you live?
Mars88 Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 I live in Saskatoon, Shawna. It's warmed up a bit, only -25C now.
Uncle Joe Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 Saskatoon? Didn't I see you in the movie "Slapshot"?
Lea Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 I was gonna ask that to Mars. Batman and I live in OR and it's not supposed to get this cold here. Now when I lived in WYO I would have expected cold to the bone weather. Thats why I will never live there again in my lifetime It's summertime here, you northern hemisphere people are all freaks *shiver* (curse you' date=' moody Melbourne weather)[/quote'] Ahhh karma. See what happens when you call those less fortunate, freaks.
skybluesky Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 If I wanted to be this cold I would have stayed in Wyoming. I am seriously hating this weather brrrrrr Funny you should say that. It's a veritable heatwave at -4 with a high of 7° today, and tomorrow the tropical weather continues with a low of 3° and a high of 17°. Good thing I'm stuck inside with a hellacious cold.
Levis Posted December 10, 2009 Report Posted December 10, 2009 I like cold more than hot, so icy blasts of rain in 'summer' are welcome (suck it, melbourne) Today the weather has been cloudy, very cloudy, cloudy, sunny, OMGBRIGHT!, rainy, very rainy, OMGSOAKED, sunny, cloudy, rainy, sunny, and now it's evening.
