Shackled77
I always like the RHCP cover of this Ramones song.
Carl
I like that. The Chilis are good at finding a new groove on an old song. Van Halen (early version) was like that too.
Rayzor
Heart covering any Led Zep tune is as good as Zep themselves. Ann does a great Plant impression & Nancy is a guitar goddess able to play any song
Shackled77
I never thought any cover of this S&G classic would work...so well. ....what you think.?
Steel2Velvet
One of my favorite classics "Reflections Of My Life" was recently covered by Marmalade's lead singer, Dean Ford. This is significant in that Dean is nearing 70 years old, which adds a poignancy and depth to the song that it might have lacked with 25 year-old youngsters singing it. The video accompanying Dean's singing is rather telling, as well. You can give a listen here. Edit add: video includes guitar and vocals of Badfinger's Joe Tansin, who is also producing a new album in which he collaborates with Dean Ford. CanAm
A very beautiful song. I'd never heard it before. Ford's voice is remarkably fine for a man his age.

My first thought, as well, CanAm. Ford's voice is indeed a gift that he has cared for well over the years.
