phil
This is me and my family taking a drive in the old Isuzu. So, it's SEND your camel to bed. Thank You for the clarification! Edited June 4, 2006 by Guest
edna
Of course, I would have voted for Katrina and Bobby McFerrin... So let me suggest "Everything I do" - Bryan Adams "In the summertime" - Mungo Jerry ...but I don´t want to offend anybody, there´s probably some songfactor friends who´ll love the ones I don´t... just as I -ahem- adore Patti Smith, specially her cover of "Gloria"... OLD 55
This isn't working really well ! I know someone who's going to nominate In The Summertime and I was going to nominate Sugar Sugar for the genuine, 'I like them', Top Tens ! Surely there must be some other REALLY rotten songs around besides Revolution 9 ?
Levis
Revolution 9 gives me nightmares. After hearing it, I learnt that the Beatles are big huge scary monsters. My Humps - Black Eyed Peas Don't Cha - Pussycat Dolls (can be replaced with any of their other songs)
Levis
This is fun! If only I could nominate more than two songs.
OLD 55
So, it's SEND your camel to bed. Thank You for the clarification! Midnight At The Oasis - Maria Muldaur My Humps - Black Eyed Peas No more CAMEL songs please Radhi, I don't know your songs well enough to hate them. We may have to have more than 2 nominations each yet to find ones that are universally 'truly despised' (Phil's words !)
edna
I don´t really hate much songs... there are some that I don´t like and yes, I hate it when we hear them everywhere all the time... and I might have some personal reasons to hate certain songs. c_s_1987
Hmm, it seems that some hip-hop songs have been nominated, but I think that's okay. Every genre should get equal representation on this list. I don't care if it means I'm unaustralian, I simply dislike almost every song Kylie Minogue has ever recorded. Farin
Am I a freak, when I say that I would vote for some of these songs in the genuine Top Ten? Lucky
Sugar, Sugar ~ the Archies Bluesy, there's a cover of this by Taj Mahal and Ry Cooder. Sort of reggae. Now it's good!

CanAm
Roxanne - The Police. That nasal screetch is like fingernails on a blackboard. Just Like Starting Over - John Lennon. One of my all time least favourite songs made #1 in one of our top 10 polls. In the interest of self-preservation, I will not put it forward here. Red Fish
Excuse my two picks... I know some folks like both of these bands, sometimes it takes me a few listens through their albums to lighten up to them. Can't Get It Out of My Head - ELO I Started A Joke - The BeeGees (stupidest lyrics I've ever heard). I couldn't think of any ones that just sucked all over besides one Britany Spears song that I can't remember the name of.
