Tenacious_Peaches
Sorry, my darling Darryl. I was so busy worshipping at the altar of Radhika that I forgot to vote. Revolution 9 - The Beatles As much as I am not into 9, it's still the Beatles, and I absolutely, positively, hands down, without a shadow of a doubt will never, ever, ever put them in the same category as the Black Eyed Peas, no matter how slight the connection may be. My Humps - Black Eyed Peas Yikes.

OLD 55
Hi Peaches! Radhi is smart, but we don't want her to get a big head. c s, don't you like My Humps ? So that's 9 :thumbsdown:s to My Humps. Who'd like to deliver the death blow ? One more to become the first on our 'Rotten' List. Revolution 9 remains at 6 :thumbsdown:s but surely we can find 4 more ? I've never found anyone who actually likes it before. Try listening to it sober. Kevin
Just another one of those early tunes that wasn't quite sure what they were onto ( or the labels weren't as well ) so they felt they had to mention 'rock ' in the lyrics so that everyone would understand , I think . Shawna
My Humps = Bury that rot in a landfill ~ and take the video with it. I'm not sure I'm even familiar with Revolution #9...? Not the title, anyway...
OLD 55
Hi Kevin Mate. It was one of my teenage favorites because it also had "Over And Over" on the flip side. You're right about the "Rock" - it's pure Pop. Like when the Twist became big - every second song had the word "Twist" in it.
OLD 55
Hi Shawna ! OK, our first song in the "Hall Of Infamy". LIST OF NOMINATIONS FOR THE WORST SONGS My Humps - Black Eyed Peas : Nominated by Levis517 Radhika IS smart ! Shawna, Revolution 9 is a self indulgent effort by John on the "White Album". Edna will vote for (or should that be against) it, which will make 7. Are there 3 more people who really dislike it too ? Funny, it usually gets prime mention in most terrible songs lists. Red Fish
Wow, by the time I got here, two of the songs were blown off the list. Revolution 9 - The Beatles. Yeah sure, what the heck. It was mildly entertaining at the very least.
OLD 55
I was trying to get "Thumbs down" for it Namahage. HERE'S AN EXAMPLE OF THE VOTING SYSTEM AGAIN = I hate it! Put it on the List of 'Worst Song Nominations' = I like it, or it's O.K. (? x 3 on your keyboard) I don't know the song ! You just put one of those symbols beside each of the CURRENT three songs that we are voting on. If a song gets 10 'thumbs downs' it makes the List. OLD 55
No, it looks like enough people DON'T hate (or don't know) Revolution 9 so we'll drop it. There's a new lot of 3 coming up soon ! Edna, that might be why people aren't voting; they can't find the gremlin/smilie. You have to click on "More Smilies", as you did, to get it. Farin
I was allowed to choose the next three songs (thanks, Darryl!), so here goes... Feelings ~ Morris Albert (nominated by Crazy Don) Walking on Sunshine ~ Katrina and the Waves (nominated by CeeCeeRider) (I kinda like it, but I know there are many out there who can't stand it...) Wannabe ~ Spice Girls (nominated by c s 1987) So now that you know how it works (read Old 55's posts above if you don't ) vote away...

Levis
Feelings ~ Morris Albert Walking on Sunshine ~ Katrina and the Waves (It doesn't bother me) Wannabe ~ Spice Girls Seriously, you people are going to give me a swollen head. I'll have you know that my nice black and white striped baker hat is not fitting my head! I like that hat! It is cool. I can wear it at an angle, I can push it to one side, I can have the brim up or down. And I like wearing it with my cool black jeans. Which have now faded to grey (so they are cooler!). Cool hat, cool jeans. Life's good. Besides, I'm just lucky to have snatched up the My Humps nomination before someone else got it I bet they would have. Malakin
Feelings - Morris Albert Walkin on Sunshine - Katrina and the Waves Wannabe - Spice Girls a very emphatic (just a tip, for the you can just type a colon followed by thumbsdown followed by another colon, and the same for that one's simply thumbsup between colon's instead of thumbsdown.. hope that made sense)

Steel2Velvet
I think I'm late here. I couldn't find a parking space. Never Gonna Dance Again - Wham! One of the worst lines ever - Guilty feet have got no rythmn. "I know it appears I stomped him to death, Your Honor, but you've got to believe that it wasn't MY intent .... I have guilty feet." In the year 2525 - Zaeger and Evans "Ain't gonna need no arms; ain't gonna need no legs." and hopefully, ain't gonna need songs like this.
Red Fish
Feelings - Morris Albert. If this is the song I'm thinking of, my dad often sings it when making fun of something, but I've never heard more than the opening "Feeeeeelings...". Walking on Sunshine - Katrina and the Waves. (Again, if it's the one I'm thinking of.) Wannabe - Spice Girls. (A very embarrased)
