John Lennon

I was about to mention him... he´s my favourite voice. I find he´s got a special way to sing/say the lines, even if he´s not a great and powerfull voice... somehow like Frank Sinatra. Lennon´s voice is also very sexy, in my opinion.

Don´t blame me for this, but Bee Gees are also great...

Did I say that?? About "THE Voice"??? Oh, sorry... Advice of the day: READ YOUR POSTS BEFORE YOU CLICK.

I put the lines in the wrong place. I meant "Lennon´s voice is also very sexy, in my opinion. somehow like Frank Sinatra."

With the kind permission of Mr. Signorino miammysami

Elvis Presley - Little Sister

(words & music by doc pomus - mort shuman)

Well, I dated your big sister

And took her to a show

I went for some candy

Along came jim dandy

And they snuck right out of the door

Ev?ry time I see your sister

Well she?s got somebody new

She?s mean and she?s evil

Like that old boll weevil

Guess I?ll try my luck with you

Well, I used to pull your pigtails

And pinch your turned-up nose

But you been a growin?

And baby, it?s been showin?

From your head down to your toes

Little sister, don?t you

Little sister, don?t you

Little sister, don?t you kiss me once or twice

Then say it?s very nice

And then you run

Little sister, don?t you

Do what your big sister done

A couple of favorites on the Jazz side -

Nat King Cole

Arthur Prysock

Both excellent but how can a guy named Bluesboy not include the great Joe Williams? Other jazz oriented guys Mel Torme, Chet Baker, Tony Bennett, Lou Rawls, and the most unmistakeable voice in pop music history Louis Armstrong.
