Aiden84
I was wondering if you can help me with this theme... I love songs like "Sweet Home Alabama", or "Autumn In New York"... songs about places I love, and the author loves. Do you know any song that can be also only close to this theme? Any kind of music, country, jazz, blues...thanks! Aiden.

RonJonSurfer
Dedicated to Uncle Joe: Wildwood Days What the heck, how about "Palisades Park" written by the Gong Show's Chuck Barris. Palisades Park was the closest amusement park to New York City for years. It closed down in the 70's I guess. All the top bands of the day played there. They also had the first wave pool around, thus there theme song (on commenrcials not the Chuck Barris song) had the lines: Ride the coaster, get cool In the waves in the pool You'll have fun So come on over
