MindCrime
It was 110'f last night at 10 PM, it hasn't cooled down much today. I wish Arizona would face an ice storm.
Ombre Vivante
It's 106 F right now. Everyone's inside with their a/c full-blast. We just had a five-minute power outage.

Shawna
went out to lunch with Andy and sat beneath the air-conditioner vent blowing cold air on me for about an hour. The 109 degree heat was most welcome when we stepped outside, and even getting into the truck, which had to be about 130 inside (after sitting in the sun for a while) felt good to me for about 3 minutes. edna
I wake up very early and it´s cold. I get into the subway at 10am and it´s cold due to excessive air conditionning. I go to the office and the air is very cold too. I leave at 8 pm, back to the subway, cold again. I wait for the weekend to know if it´s already summer... Mars88
Kevin, You are so right...I don't remember it being so humid when I was growing up. The heat is definitely more bearable when it's a "dry" heat.
