MC I smoke those to And my daughter sweetens my coffee to day I did my usual check in with her by text and ask her if she was ok today. Her response was no. I asked her why and she said said, "Last night she thought she could fly so she jumped off her back deck only to discover she couldn't fly after all ." At a birthday party last weekend, the other mothers told me that she lit up the room. I don't know about the room, but she certainly brightens up every one of my days. I got to wear sweats and tee-shirt all day and I listened to old Neil Young albums on vinyl. "Tonight's The Night", "On The Beach", "Zuma", "Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere" and more..... There are a lot of people stranded at the airport, bus stations, and train stations in Portland. People are showing up with backpacks and bags of food from their homes and giving it to them. Last time I got the flu it almost killed me. Lea Posted December 25, 2008 Report Share Posted December 25, 2008 My daughter did make it home around 4:00 today so I am a happy camper s is she The power went off about the time they came down the driveway and stayed off until about 10:00 pm. It was ok tho we have a generator and just used our camping gear to cook. I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas tomorrow and are able to have their family with them.
