The Seeker
That photo reminds me of one of my gun racks. I mean, wouldn't a stainless steel .30-06 w/a mahogany handle look in proper placement on those four ears? What does this mean then, if not 'A gun would look nice on this head being used as a gun rack, don't you think?'

LeeBB
I just don't want to get into the deer discussion, except to say that one side of this argument is completely in the wrong... On Friday, my kids will step off the plane from Boulder Colorado, where it is approximately freezing, and we will head on home to sunny Menangle, where it is expected to be 108 degrees. Summer... we hates it! LBBB

Uncle Joe
They predicted cold temps and snow this morning and more snow later in the day. It's not cold, there's no snow. I guess 2 out of 3 aint bad, eh? We'll see what this afternoon brings.
Jenny
We had a little snow this morning and a little more is predicted throughout the day. Not enough to cause major problems....just enough to be annoying!
Shawna
I had a little sunshine peeking through my window this morning and it woke me up. Then I went outside and there was a lot of sunshine. A lot.

Uncle Joe
It's snowing now, pretty steady and will do so til about 11 tonight. But the ground is still not cold and the snow melts as soon as it hits the ground. It may snow 2-4 inches but won't accumulate to anything near that. MindCrime
Snow and sleet. One week and I will be back in the South African sun! :happybanana: Is it cold or hot in South Africa, and does it get really humid?
Levis
A bright 33 degrees today. It only feels hot because of the lack of clouds, but it's bearable. i'd almost call it 'cool' (well, I use the logic that if the human body temperature is 37C, then anything below that should be 'cool' and anything above that should be 'hot'. I realise this is not how it works, though )
Shawna
Not really mad, just jealous. I really need to be somewhere warm right now! I sometimes I feel like I'm missing out on a lot because I almost never see snow. And when I do see it, it's not falling from the sky, it's already on the ground. I have experienced being able to catch a falling snowflake on my begloved hand only one time in my entire life. And it was a really beautiful little flake.
