For anyone that doesn't know, has forgotten, or may have spent the last couple years under a rock, instead of playing with us .... This week, no artist that has had a #1 in the Top Ten previously is eligible to be nominated. If you check The Every Song List (Artists), you'll find those artists listed in red.
