Too many to list! I'll list some random songs instead:

"Theme From Taxi Driver" by Bernard Herrmann

"Deacon Blues" by Steely Dan

"Baker Street" by Gerry Rafferty

"You Belong To The City" by Glen Frey

Hmmm. I denote something in common here :beatnik:

I could not put one over all the others but my possible choices for #1 would be:

- "Hey Jude" by The Beatles

- "Layla" by Derek and The Dominoes

- "In My Life" by The Beatles

- "Maybe I'm Amazed" by Paul McCartney

- "The Weight" by The Band

- "Wish You Were Here" by Pink Floyd

Sorry, I know it said 'song' not 'songs'.

I love pink floyd...

So it goes as:

1-Learning to Fly

2-Confortably Numb

3-Money

3-Wish you where here

3-Time

3-Eclipse

3-Sorrow

Order from 3-3 means nothing I like eaqually!

I totally forgot about Eclipse. Us and Them are also on my list. Time also, can't forget that one. Great Gig In The Sky used to be my all time favorite, but I overplayed it when I was trying to learn it on piano. It is still an awesome song.

That's pretty tough. Everyone goes through phases. At this very moment, though, I would have to list these five

1. Go All the Way- The Raspberries

2. Sweet City Woman- The Stampeders

3. Sunshine - Jonathan Edwards

4. Give Me Just a Little More Time - Chairmen of the Board

5. Vehicle - The Ides of March

I have a lot of favorite songs, but my ultimate favorite?

LA Woman: The Doors

This song just does it for me! It's one of those songs that has so many different things going on at once: fast, smoky, trippy, sultry, sexy, wild, spiritual, sensual, primal, clear, raspy, raw, real...magic!

I've never liked a song as much as LA Woman...it's always been my #1 tune!

Going to California by led zep.But somehow the cover by 'never the bride' on the tribute album Encomium seemed to touch the soul of the song in way that Zep never did( though they were the creators of this beautiful beautiful song.
