I am alive only by the quick thinking of my wife who cut open the wound and sucked out the champagne. I had some fever and tremors, but I survived. Glad it wasn't Black Widow Champagne. He will share the prize with the IPCC for their common work in spreading the word about the dangers of climate change. Officials at the Norwegian Nobel Committee announced Friday that former United States Vice President Al Gore will be awarded the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. Gore, 59, will share the award with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The committee said Gore and IPCC would be bestowed with one of the world's top honors "for their efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climat change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change."
