In New Orleans you can take a mixed drink from a bar and just go walking to the next bar. In San Diego, you can't take any alcohol with you when you leave a drinking establishment. In Canada , teens love to buy Super Big Gulps ( as mix ) and stash the booze somewhere so that they can appear to be doing no harm hanging around wherever they're hanging around.
