My 24 year old daughter is cooking her first Thanksgiving dinner by herself this year. I usually have it at my house.

What started out as a dinner for 5 has turned into a dinner for about 12 :crazy:

Seems we all have people that have no place to go and thats not to mention family members that decided to invite themselves at the last minute :doh:

I have to give the kid credit tho, she didn't panic :laughing:

She lives alone so she is only used to cooking for a couple people at a time. She has never cooked for a crowd. Good thing she has a mommy and a couple of grand mommies that have ;)

Yeah I have no worries. She is a pretty good cook and will have us there if she needs any help.

I told her it's not much different cooking for 5 or 12, just add more potatoes :D

Mums are useful that way - not as useful as the phones that let you make high pitched whining noises in their ear from distant continents in times of panic, but nearly.
