TheLizard
When I woke up today, my little sister (13) was listening to the Allman Brothers Band. I also heard Aerosmith and AC/DC coming from her room, and she's loved the Beatles for a while now. Maybe I've rubbed off on her more than I thought. Now if I could only get her to stop listening to bad country music...
edna
You´re lucky, Tim... I tried to introduce my little sister into Rolling Stones and Jefferson Airplane when she was a baby, but she´s 20 years younger than me and it didn´t work. So I tried Beatles. Not her cup of tea. Uncle Joe
My son (he's 32 now) loves the Stones, Beatles, Kinks, Motown, Soul, etc. Doo wop didn't take, though. He mostly listens to his generation's music and he's happy that his kids gave him tickets to see KT Tunstall in August.

I discovered the Beatles when I was ten. Unfortunately, she's discovering contemporary girl bands instead and likes to point out male singers she thinks are 'cute'. Shawna
My son, who was only a year ago struggling with math so much that he was on the brink of failing, got 33 out of 35 on his first algebra test today. This is one of those things that I want to call everybody and tell them about - I'm so proud of him! So what are all your phone numbers?
