Shawna
I hated that Jamie O'Neill song when I first heard it. Then I listened to the words and realized someone wrote a song about my life. It's soooo true!
Farin
I'm strangely drawn to the video for "Learn to Fly". I wonder why... I can't really think of a reason... Foo Fighters ~ Learn to Fly

SoulGirl
i love videos with good dancing in them, like 'weapon of choice', 'virtual insanity', 'around the world' and many many others. christopher walken is one of the coolest men alive! i love the milk carton video for blur's song, 'coffee and tv'. and many radiohead videos are excellent, especially 'just' as rach mentioned. the video for johnny cash's version of 'hurt' moves me to tears. i could watch music videos all day! farin, the 'nur ein wort' video is based on dylan's one for 'subterranean homesick blues', right? Earth-Angel
I love music videos too - Bjork has some incredible ones, as do Radiohead and Daft Punk. Moby and Royksopp have some good ones too! I couldn't name my favourite, just like I can't tell you my favourite song, artist or album, movie, book or smell, color, taste or anything actually! I like all sorts of different things at different times for different reasons
Farin
Soulgirl, if you like dancing videos, make sure to check this one out The Avalanches - Since I Left You I, too, could watch music videos all day. We have 4 German music channels and the only thing they send is Ringtone commercials, Call-in quiz shows and reality soaps And of course, if they happen to bring actual music, it's only boygroups and the like farin, the 'nur ein wort' video is based on dylan's one for 'subterranean homesick blues', right? Yes, exactly. That's why I posted them together But I really think it's a very good remake I love music videos too - Bjork has some incredible ones, as do Radiohead and Daft Punk. Moby and Royksopp have some good ones too! I couldn't name my favourite, just like I can't tell you my favourite song, artist or album, movie, book or smell, color, taste or anything actually! Björk is one of my favourite icelandic singers but seriously I like her music and videos very much. I would have a real problem, if I should pick out my absolute favorite. That's why I posted about two dozen and I still have ideas for more... P.S. Soulgirl, I just noticed your new signature Do you have that from a song? Farin
We used to have a music channel "Viva 2" and I loved it! It started as an Oldie but they evolved to Indie/Classic Rock and some Electronica, but certainly without mainstream. It was the only TV channel I could watch 24-7 non stop! Sadly it wasn't profitable enough and got cancelled And then MTV bought Viva and now they controll the whole market...

Steel2Velvet
And Love Me Tender. This is such a hoot!! I love the subtitle: Scandanavian's genius choreography (Note the somewhat lost dancer, center rear during the opening) Also impressive are the great lyrics like: "I want you, I want to love you tender I just want to be your love defender" Edited May 23, 2006 by Guest
