Uncle Joe
I used to play hockey and we had a CD of songs to play when we took to the ice for our warm-ups. One song that always got me flying and the juices flowing was from The Spencer Davis Group (Stevie Winwood) called "Keep On Running". Another song to consider, though it's a bit hackneyed by now is "Who Let The Dogs Out"....hoot hoot!

rkfan413
this may sound stupid, but songs by the spice girls sometimes get me pumped up. at this one swim meet of mine, they started to play "wannabe" over the speakers, and all of the girls got so excited, it was really cool.
