Lea
I do happen to like this song, but it was listed as one of the 50 worst ever and many critics consider it to be the Beatles' worst, along with Savoy Truffle & Y.Submarine, like Edna had suggested. My feelings weren't hurt by anybody, I just felt slightly embarrassed but quickly got over it. Don't be embarrassed either MC. I like that song. It's a happy bouncy kinda silly song. Not every song has to be deep. I remember cruising around Cali with my friends and singing it at the top of our lungs. Good times On a side note, looks like "No Woman No Cry" just might make the cut this time Edited August 7, 2009 by Guest

Lea
Bob Marley :happybanana: :happybanana: :happybanana: Glad to see it finally made it. I think it only took 4 or 5 re-noms but thats ok
Lucky
I like it! The list I mean. Nice spread of tastes & types. I like Ob-la-di Ob-la-da as well. I like Octopus's Garden, and Rocky Racoon, and Yellow Submarine also. Every song doesn't need to be serious, with deep and meaningful lyrics. I enjoy happy, fun and sometimes silly songs just as much.

MindCrime
I'm glad to see Bob Marley at #1 and "Achilles Last Stand" just make it in, it's my favorite song from Presence. There is a good variety of songs represented this week.
TheLizard
It's about bleepin' time I got a number one! Kidding. Good to see Mr. Marley finally get his due. And true to form, while my classic nomination fared spectacularly, my modern nomination only garnered one other voter (being Mr. B-F).
c_s_1987
Everything seems to be reversed in this list - Stones, Beatles and Led Zep rounding out the bottom three instead of the top three.
Viaene
oops I missed the voting again wouldn't probably change much, though I think the Guess Who would have made the top then. Very nice number one, congrats Tim
