miamisammy29
Here's a couple of my favorites from the 90's....both from '94 (the last great year for rock n' roll). You younger b*stards had better vote for them, or I'm coming looking for ya's. "Live Forever" - Oasis (1994) "Immortality" - Pearl Jam (1994)

Levis
WHAT'S with the dual Pearl Jamming? You'll get the votes split, people!

Farin
You'll get the votes split, people! she has a point and it's going to end that I can't vote for my own nominations
miamisammy29
Nah, no vote splitting here. I won't vote for "Daughter".
Farin
but I like Daughter more than Immortality and I might decide that I only want to vote for one PJ song... Immortality would have a much better chance in another Ten - without any rivals from its own ranks (I said might )
Lucky
Which is a voting/nominationg strategy that some subscribe to, and some don't. We Stones and Beatles lovers (me? ) deal with this all the time. It appears that the pendulum has swung the other way.... I'm just teasing. Y'all carry on and do as you wish. miamisammy29
You both make good points. Truth is I didn't see the first Pearl Jam nomination. I didn't read them all. Who would've thunk it? But since it's already up there, I'm gonna stick to my guns, not withdraw my nomination, and say "Immortality" makes the Top Ten....possibly "Daughter", too. Who knows? Good luck to you all. And I was just kidding. I MAY vote for "Daughter"; it's okay, but not one of my favorites. I'll have to see all the nominations first. Rock on, eb'rybody! Farin
well, in the end it's your choice... and now: Tubthumping ~ Chumbawamba (1997) Video btw, just in case some of you don't know: the line pissing the night away refers to the BE "to be pissed" = "to be drunk" (not "to be angry" or other meanings ) Mr. Cab Driver ~ Lenny Kravitz (1989) Video exactly that happened to Mr. Kravitz when he wanted to take a taxi to his studio...
