skybluesky
Clam Chowder, New England style, is manna from heaven. It is a thick, creamy soup with clams and potatoes and you eat it with these tiny crackers called oyster crackers.
miamisammy29
It's pronounced "Chowdah"!! And, damn, it's good!
Uncle Joe
Here are a couple of artists whom most of you have never heard (of). I offer them knowing they won't make any lists but I just hope to introduce them to you. They're as different from each other as say, me and Namahage but they are both extremely talented (like me and...nevermind). I hope you'll check them out. Friends-Buzzy Linhart (1971) One of my favorite songs by it's creator. You may have heard Bette Midler's version but this one is tops. Drowning In Your Eyes-Ephraim Lewis (1992) The late, great Ephraim Lewis with one of the coolest romantic songs ever. It's R&B, smooth jazz, a bit jazz samba-ish but 100% great. Give a listen. It'll grow on you. This guy had some great songs in his short time on this earth but he was troubled and died a very strange death. You can check it out here>> EPHRAIM LEWIS PS: I prefer the Manhattan style Clam Chowder (pronounced Chow-Durrrr). Edited September 19, 2007 by Guest To add my 2 cents on Clam Chowder.
