What? Gluten free? What's that mean? Some kinda west-coast hippie talk... :crazy:

Not quite. People with Celiac disease can't process gluten, which is a protein found in wheat, rye, barley, and other grains. It makes them ill, much the same way someone who is lactose-intolerant would get sick if they ate ice cream or consumed some other dairy product. As such, they need to eat foods that are gluten-free.
