edna
Look like it has something to with... gospel music? Jesus Christ Superstar? Lloyd/Weber?
Jenny
Is it Jethro Tull?
miamisammy29
Not Tull. Not Christ. This is turning in to quite a showdown. Keep tryin'.
edna
It must have something to do with the "three days" thing... Maybe a song? An album?
miamisammy29
Maybe. Just pick something out of the blue. You might get lucky.

Uncle Joe
Thank you, Sammy. This late 50's/early 60's doo wop group out of Pittsburgh was one of the first integrated groups to hit the charts.
miamisammy29
Who are the Marcels? (That's the same name as Ross's monkey, on "Friends".)
Uncle Joe
Sorry I'm late but yep Sammy, you got it. So how'd you know it wasn't the Del-Vikings?
miamisammy29
Well, I had to do a little research. The first group I thought of was the Marcels, and sonnuvabitch, wouldn't you know it, THEY were from Pittsburgh. I still wasn't sure if they were the band you were looking for, but I had a feeling it was right. Sorry, I was ill yesterday. Okay, new question for today.... This well known American pop/folk singer and part-time author is one of only seven people to have reached Number One on the New York Times Best Seller list for written works of both fiction and non-fiction. He joins the likes of Ernest Hemingway, John Steinbeck, and Dr. Seuss, among others.

Lucky
Here's a guess, though I don't know that I'd describe his music that way. Who is Jimmy Buffet?
edna
I know he wrote some best-sellers...
Lucky
I've read a couple.
miamisammy29
Jimmy Buffett is correct. And exactly how would you describe his music?
edna
Lucky, you should post a new one... His music? I know very little about him. I know a few songs. Sound s a bit country-rock to me... I like him fr what I have heard...
Dappled
While Lucky thinks up a new answer, here's anew one: This machine kills!
TheTallOne
What's the category? Because the only machine I can think of is Rage Against the Machine.
