I do... I can access the uni library's database of journals and complete articles from the website. But our profs usually recommend doing a quick search on Google Scholar or the like to see if an article is available online (or in the library database) before trudging out to find an entire book. This is the age of broadband, you know?

Why go to the city when you can get everything - sourced and referenced - online? Adobe Reader is your friend :)

Also - thanks to the State Library's electronic databases - no one goes there to search for a book. They check if the books they need are actually there before they go.

I'm afraid that's what the world has come to ;)

Why pay tuition fees? I have no idea - I'm perpetually asking the same question. The library is full of students studying - not looking for books as much as making use of their own books (and laptops). Also, it's the State Library - it's free :P

I dunno. If "nothing" is free, then word "free" becomes completely superfluous and should immediately be removed from the English language. But since it exists (and even has synonyms) it must imply that some things are free

My logic is not very straightforward

Sammy, what's with the

" :afro: :afro: :afro: *insert post-related smileys here* "

? :P

Not really sure. It started off as just a neat looking thing, but it became a habit. It also makes it a lot easier to find my posts when I need to.

And now to you: What's up with the bag on the head? I know Belgians aren't the most handsome people in the world. But are they really THAT ugly?
