Farin
No, maroon's fine, thank you. Looks the same to me Wasn't maroon the custom colour? there are the normal colours (the usual suspects), but any other colour can be used with the respective hex number Edited October 25, 2008 by Guest
Levis
Lemme try colours out Brown Maroon
Levis
Right, so brown is lighter... Now I'm not quite sure what Fin's original name colour was since UnkaJoe put it and I doubt he'd have gone through the hexcode process.
The Seeker
No, Martin did it. And I';m fine with this colour

The Seeker
I know. UncleJoe changed it to red, I asked for something less bright and provided a hexcode. Then Martin changed it.
Levis
oh, there was this long story behind it? I did not know
Lucky
Not at all ... I like your color (specially since I know it's maroon!). It just hadn't occured to me how the colors might appear on different skins. I would assume red looks red. I was confused when you called your color red. It seems most people use the default blue, but I think cobalt makes the colors appear much prettier don't you? The Seeker
Well, it's still red to me, just a darker shade of red... I'm not quite as fancy as Radhi calling things maroon Yeah, I much prefer cobalt! It's much sleeker and easier on the eyes... and now that I'm so used to it, more 'home'
Lucky
Guys never seem to get the subtle differences in colors. Why is that?? I've used cobalt for 2 years, and it is very homey. Good choice.
Levis
Yeah... maroon is hardly a fancy name I use Amicae... it's bright and light and fresh and easy on the eyes
The Seeker
Red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, pink, black and white are all we really need.

Farin
I use Amicae... it's bright and light and fresh and easy on the eyes maybe it would be easy on the eyes, without that ugly grassgreen bar at the top I've been using Oxygen for the past few days
Shawna
as I understand it, very few men see beyond 16 shades of color. However, my co-worker could very definitely see beyond that, as he works with colors all day and sometimes had to straighten me out.
edna
You can tell pink and purple apart? Suddenly I notice my English is almost nonexistent... I always thought pink was pink and purple was purple... so I was wrong?
MuzikTyme
Cellulite (dimple) is never anything to be proud of. Nor is anything in excess. Though, it's sad that people think it is. You know, the ones that send text messages while driving or, not knowing how many deaths have occurred from it? How about the ones that rear end you at stop signs? Oh, sorry, I had my cell phone stuck up my arse! Makes sense, yes? Dimples? LMAO
Levis
maybe it would be easy on the eyes, without that ugly grassgreen bar at the top I've been using Oxygen for the past few days What's wrong with grassgreen then? Green is one of my more favourite colours. It's what makes Amicae look so (literally) cool. Like leaves on trees after a tropical thunderstorm I used oxygen for a year or two before this one. It's the one I like most after Amicae.
MuzikTyme
It truly is hard telling pink from purple, really. Not as hard, though, as distinguishing orange from red. Now that's damned near impossible though not as hard as telling the difference from black and white. That's the toughest. Grey? That's another story . . . Just remember, dear readers, there's no such thing as colours as everything thing that commencing from it is a prismatic, crystalline structure. Truly, there's no such thing as colour, everything is prismatic: the snowflake appears white but it's all the colours of the rainbow because even the gold at the end of it is not truly gold . . . once found and it's lost. But, how wonderful it is to see it, if even for a short time.
