bluesboy
My Dad had season tickets to the Los Angeles Rams for 30 years. So I got to go for 15 years. He also had a business associate that had season tickets to the Dodgers and we would go 20 or so times a year.
Carl
Hope you saved the stubs from those games. The closest I came to something like that was the 1984 USFL Championship Game when the Philly Stars defeated the Arizona Roughriders. Hoping the Rangers send this back to San Fran tonight. We need more entertainment in this World Series.
bluesboy
I know we saved the Super Bowl stubs, but recently I could only find stubs for the 1963 and 1965 World Series at Dodger Stadium. I remember the excitement of going in '63.
TheLizard
IRISH WIN! Rushing the field is one of those moments in college that they talk about that you will remember your whole life.
MindCrime
I think last night's Eagles 59 - Redskins 28 game was the highest combined total I've ever seen. Philly only needed 2 more TDs to tie the all-time record from 44 years ago.
miamisammy29
I once saw Dan Marino throw six - count 'em - SIX - touchdowns in one game.....AND LOSE!! To the f***ing Jets, of all teams....51-45 in overtime. JETS SUCK!! ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE YANKEES!!
MindCrime
Do you remember when the Dolphins lost to the Jaguars 62-7 in the playoffs? It was Marino's last game. Edited November 16, 2010 by Guest
RockyRaccoon
In my non-Songfacts fantasy football league, I had a battle for first place going. I was down by 17 with DeSean Jackson and Ryan Torrain to play. Everyone said "Torrain will play. He'll start" I lost by 4. Because Torrain DIDN'T F***ING START. bluesboy
The Brouhaha of using a too short playing field at Wrigley Field for a football game just shows you need to include someone who's played the game in the decision making process of trying to fit a football field inside a baseball park ! MindCrime
Though I didn't hear anything about it (yet) that does sound like poor decision making skills for a group of highly paid professionals.

Uncle Joe
Unless you're a Giants' fan )apologies to Ron and Laurie) you had to enjoy that Eagles-Giants game yesterday. I mean...what excitement. The Giants almost won. (Again, apologies).
