Wolfmother - Mind's Eye, White Unicorn.

Grinspoon - Chemical Heart.

That's right, all by Australian rock bands.

That's a pretty good song, it's on the video game Burnout Revenge, along with most of that game's soundtrack & a lot of the aforementioned songs already posted. This decade has lacked anything significant, but there are still a few good songs every once in a while.

Well, it's rather sad, but I'd have to say that my favourite songs of the 00's would be off The Rolling Stones, A Bigger Bang:

This Place Is Empty

Those three would be my favourites. I can't think of any songs by any other artists that I like from the 00's.
