Orange Crush - You got it Laurie...

Sorry bazooka and Shawna...

I thought that this would be the hardest because I don't think It was a hit...

10. This really qualifies for the 10th song. I could even picture it at the end crdits of a movie. 1997

Exit Music For A Film from their O.K. Computer album. (That answer courtesy of Young55. The only Radiohead song I know is Creep).

Good effort Farin, but it wasn't A Hit at all, and Orange Crush / R.E.M. was a Hit in some countries (including Australia), but not the U.S.

Keep up the good work all. My computer is in pieces so it may be some time before I put another lot on. Young55 just let me use his computer again.

Have fun !

Exit Music is right, Old55

It just occured to me that it wasn't a hit after I posted all the clues...

I'll make the next one easier then...

1. I forgot my umbrella. Laurie - Raindrops keep falling on my head ~ BJ Thomas

2. They put their dislike for a Neil Young song in it. Laurie - Sweet Home Alabama ~ Lynyrd Skynyrd

3. Shut up! Laurie - Don't speak ~ No Doubt

4. This song is not about the soft drink. Laurie - Orange Crush ~ R.E.M.

5. Musical seafood. Das - Rock Lobster ~ B-52's

6. "The screaming Abdabs", "T-Set", "The Megadeaths" Das - Pink Floyd

7. That's what you get, when you're too drunk to label a demo-tape properly.

Or did they do it on purpose? Bazooka - In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida ~ Iron Butterfly

8. If I had him, I wouldn't have to go to church. The church would come to me! Laurie - Personal Jesus ~ Depeche Mode

9. The week doesn't start well. Das - Blue Monday ~ New Order

10. This really qualifies for the 10th song.

I could even picture it at the end credits of a movie Old55 - Exit Music (for a film) ~ Radiohead

Thanks to all who participated! :coolio:

Thanks Brad, Laurie and Farin !!!

My computer is back together again - let's hope it stays that way. Here's a neezier one than my last one. Don't forget, my songs are arranged in approximately Charts Positions order, so 1 was probably a U.S. #1 and 10 was probably a fair bit lower.

Hi Farin ! Life In The Fast Lane / Eagles it is ! :coolio:

That's a good answer for 1 - something like that. For 2, when you see the title of this song, you definitely wouldn't drink it.

That was a good Top Ten you prepared. When you do another one (I hope you will ) I have a book of all U.S. charted hits if you want to check any out with me. I've gone to put some on and have been surprised to find they weren't U.S. Hits.
