Red Fish Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 Kobayashi? I don't even know what that is.
Rayzor Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 isn't he the hot dog eating Japanese dude who weighs like 50 lbs and won that contest last year or year before??
Red Fish Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 Oh... if so, no, it's nothing like that at all. Can you imagine how hard it'd be to make a transparent .gif of a real person?
Rayzor Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 no kidding... I'd hate to get that task...
Shawna Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 Can you imagine how hard it'd be to make a transparent .gif of a real person? I shouldn't think it would be that hard, considering how transparent most people are.
TheLizard Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 isn't he the hot dog eating Japanese dude who weighs like 50 lbs and won that contest last year or year before?? Yeah he is. Saturday Night Live did a Dragonball Z type parody with him on an episode. That's where the downed power line thing comes from.
TheLizard Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 Oh, and Shawna, that was freaking deep. And Edna, I try.
Red Fish Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 Ouch... nice, Shawna. I must go see thees Dragonball Z parody. To YouTube!
TheLizard Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 I tried to find it on YouTube, but couldn't. Tell me if you have any luck.
TheTallOne Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 I saw that last week. Of course it was 12:00 in the morning and for me that's like being stoned. I find CSPAN funny that late at night. But it was quite amusing how they made fun of the Japanese stuff that I can't stand. Plus, I love Kobyashi.
Shawna Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 yeah, I think I've counted a couple dozen during my time here. You're in gooooood company, sadlady. Just don't pull a Mel or a Kramer, and it's all good.
Rayzor Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 I've added myself to the map. Now you can all see just how lonely it is up here in Canada As for the stalkers... if you can take the cold, come on up!
takeitback Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Hey everyone, I'm new. Just saying hi, and whatnot. Nothing else to say...so...yeah...pretty much done... *cough* This is awkward
Red Fish Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Please ignore Marc's loud answer. He loves the capslock. Welcome to this magical place. You'll find things to do here if you try hard enough. Also, watch out for me. Everyone thinks I'm a stalker of some kind.
TheLizard Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Everyone KNOWS he's a stalker of some kind. But hey, don't let that scare you away. Welcome.
Uncle Joe Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Welcome to Songfacts, takeit. (Hope you don't mind being on a first-name basis).
Shawna Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Hey everyone, I'm new. Just saying hi, and whatnot. Nothing else to say...so...yeah...pretty much done... *cough* This is awkward I like your style, TIB. He loves the capslock. Good lord. I reside in the proverbial gutter. I read that word "capslock" too quickly and I saw... well... just scramble the letters up yourself and you'll see.
Uncle Joe Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Shawna my friend, it's been too long.
edna Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 Hello young new poster. You will be happy here.
sadlady Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 hey marc, do you find yourself accidentally hitting that damn capslock very often? i do, i hit it all the time, but i usually go back and uncap the post.... :puppyeye
sadlady Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 relax, takeitback, we don't bite ......but be aware of the sanity of whom you are talking with....consider me...i score the highest in insanity.... i lurk in the dark, waiting for a victim.....
MarcM Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 I do. Usually, that happens when I am at work. All of my typing at work is done in caps. I use the same computer to type in calls that I use to surf the web. I find that I type a lot of posts in caps and, rather than go back and fix it, I leave it. Not only because I am lazy, but because I may not get to retype my post without interruption again. Even worse, if I take the caps off and have to type in an emergent call, unless I remember to lock the caps again, I will have to re type the call, causing undue delay. When I am at home, I can keep my cap lock in check
