Danielj
Perhaps the only King (other than national) that doesnt have a debate. Bob Marley is and always will be the King of Reggae. Discuss this Amazingly talented Jamaican Musician, Singer and Poet.
bluesboy
Bob Marley certainly brought Reggae to the international stage. Probably only Muhammad Ali was a more recognizable person worldwide.
miamisammy29
MUSICAL INTERLUDE: "We're jammin': I wanna jam it with you. We're jammin', jammin', jammin' And I hope you like jammin', too. Ain't no rules, ain't no vow, we can do it anyhow: and I will see you through, 'Cause everyday we pay the price with a little sacrifice, Jammin' till the jam is through. We're jammin' To think that jammin' was a thing of the past; We're jammin', And I hope this jam is gonna last. No bullet can stop us now, we neither beg nor we won't bow; Neither can be bought nor sold. We all defend the right; Jah - Jah children must unite: Your life is worth much more than gold. We're jammin' (jammin', jammin', jammin') And we're jammin' in the name of the Lord; We're jammin' (jammin', jammin', jammin'), We're jammin' right straight from Jah." Lizzie
Bob Marley is one of the best things that ever happened to the world. My favorite song by him is "Them belly full (but we hungry)". If he were alive right now, he would be doing great things. It's great that we have Ziggy!! ~Lizzie
AliceNchains
We all know why Bob was so cool. The sweet smoke that went down his throat is why kids today love him.

DiggsUK
I thought Lee 'Scratch' Perry was the original king of reggae, and Bob Marley was the person responsible for bringing it off the island? If anybody is interested, you must see 'The Harder They Come' for the story. Regards
