  1. Eric Clapton did an album with BB King, who did an album with Eric Clapton who did an album with BB King who did an album with Eric Clapton who did an album with BB King
  2. It's pretty awesome. I actually didn't like the gift shop and was turned off by the lack of attention to the "classic rock" bands (Zep, the Who, Queen, Pink Floyd, CCR, Skynyrd, Allmans) and how they completely ignore prog (Rush, King Crimson, Jethro Tull and so on).
  3. The song is called "Another Brick in the Wall" not "We Don't Need No Education"
  4. Californication > Stadium Arcadium > BSSM All are amazing though. I'd give Californication a 10/10 and the other two 9/10.
  5. That was awesome! Great find EA.
  6. Wow, I just dow...got this album along with 3 others. This band is amazing. Thank you so much batman.
  7. Brother Iz's "Somewhere" >>>>>>>>> Katherine McPhee's.
  8. February 9, 1989 will be known as "King's Day" in the future. I'll let you figure out why.
  9. I think PEW had a bad vacation to Neverland Ranch in 1987
  10. Roger Daltrey: "I hope I die before I get old." Roger Daltrey: "Err, old is just a state of mind."
  11. Umm, this is kind of hard to put into words. The rhythm plays....rhythym parts. Usually thats just chords that fill in the sound and keep time. Lead plays, I guess, the more challenging parts. They'll solo or play something outside of the basic riff. If you're a Queen fan, listen to "Tie Your Mother Down". If I'm not mistaken, during the solo you can hear Brian playing the riff (rhythym) and soloing (lead) over it.
  12. I really can't believe that. I mean, Barkley is random enough, but something that rhymes with Charles in front of it?
  13. A lot of forums I'm a part of have had get-togethers. Unfortuantely, I've never been at one. For example, a Mets forum has an annual meeting at a Mets game and drummer's forum has had parties.
  14. Kind of like how the "man" invented the Sex Pistols to destroy punk rock.....
  15. As a musician, Elvis isn't all that special. But as S2V explained it, he was a god.
  16. You're a lucky guy if you got to listener to the Mets broadcasters (Kiner, Murphy, and Nelson). They are a legenedary team. Obviously, being 17, I never heard them in their hayday. Fortunately, Mets fans now have Gary Cohen and Keith Hernandez.
  17. I can't believe BSSM or Californication couldn't reach #1. Anyway, this album is great. They could have cut out a few songs because some start to sound the same, but it's truly awesome.
  18. Is there anything wrong with knowing a lot about the music? I mean, we're all on songfacts for a reason. I consider myself a very pure music listener, but I can also rattle off different trivia and facts about a number of different artists or songs.
  19. Probably Tom Petty's "Full Moon Fever" (1989)
