Lots of country tunes have interesting titles...such as "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy"....plus many, many more..LOL You are right Laurie. Without a doubt, country music has the best song titles although I wouldn't say the songs themselves are the best. Here are a few more from country music: Did I shave My Legs For This? - Deana Carter How Come Your Dog Don't Bite Nobody But Me? - Mel Tillis I'm Drinkin' Christmas Dinner - Mac Davis I'm The Only Hell Mama Raised - Johnny Paycheck Is It Cold In Here Or Is It Just You? - Joe Diffie (Actually a great country song.) blue_n_white
Making Love To a Vampire With a Monkey On my Knee - Captain Beefheart. I would expect nothing less from an artist named "Captain Beefheart". I'm sure there is a treasure trove of bad titles in his history of works. Get it?. Treasure trove. In case he is a pirate. Puffy shirt and all.
Lucky
The Captain is about as far from the puffy shirt set as you can get. About song titles, oh yes. I could fill the thread with some of his. That happens to be my favorite! Speaking of Country... Dead Skunk(in the middle of the road) is one of my favorites! blue_n_white
Puffy shirt? BUT I DON'T WANNA BE A PIRATE! Well that's what you get when you agree to wear something that is made by a "low talker". So you HAVE to be a pirate.
Lucky
Better a low talker...than a close talker!
blue_n_white
Yes but the close talker gets front row seats to broadway shows and takes you to great museums and resturants.
