Otokichi
An odd mix of Grape Nuts and microwaved regular oatmeal, plus orange juice and a slice of wheat bread. (And for the second time in two days, the sun is out and wind-driven rain is absent.) Edited December 14, 2008 by Guest
The Seeker
I'm fighting with a pomegranate. I don't know if I'm just incapable of eating it or if this is an extraordinarily smart fruit.
Epiphany
Actually one of the first members of Mensa was a pomegranate. I'm eating pizza!

Mars88
Seeker, Last time I took apart a pomegranate, I did so in a bowl of water. The seeds dropped to the bottom and I wasn't sprayed with the juice.

The Seeker
It wasn't even the juice, the seeds were just flying everywhere But the bowl of water is a good idea.
Levis
Try cutting it in half and scooping the seeds out into a bowl with a spoon. I love pomegranates but I'm not a fan of the English name - why's it so long and complicated?
MuzikTyme
Hmm, here in America, where, I guess you know, we speak English and spell/ pronounce it the same way. Are you referring to the Brits? If not, then what are you talking about, I wanna learn! In other words, what's the shorter version? Pomey?

Shawna
baked ziti mmmmmmmmmm baked ziti.... Andy made me dinner Saturday night. When we were hiking I told him about the fried chicken my mom used to make and how much I loved it. I haven't had Mom's fried chicken in 2 decades. So (bless his heart, he is the best man) he went out and got all the stuff to make me a wonderful fried chicken dinner. It was soooo yummy.
