Uncle Joe
Looser Laurie. And not as deep-flavored. It's made from Hominy (part of the corn kernel). It's best served (IMHO) with just butter and salt and black pepper. Lots of people make the mistake of adding fruit or jams and jellies because they want to make it like a cereal. It sticks to your ribs, for sure. I learned to like it in the Army.

Uncle Joe
Breakfast was one egg over hard with cheese and ham on a sesame bagel. Scrumptious. Lunch? Salisbury steak in onion and black pepper gravy with some mashed taters on the side.
Jenny
STOP making me hungry!!! I brought soup and a pear for lunch, and I'll probably get a sandwich to go with it, but now I want a cheesesteak or salisbury steak, or spaghetti....... I also have some boxes of Girl Scout cookies on my desk that I'm trying hard to ignore......
