Otokichi Posted December 17, 2009 Report Posted December 17, 2009 (edited) When I was a film photographer, definitely Silver. Now that I have a simple digital camera, Gold. Birthdays: Near the End or the Beginning of the year? (Would you believe that my older sister was born on the evening of Dec. 24th?) Edited December 17, 2009 by Guest
MuzikTyme Posted December 17, 2009 Report Posted December 17, 2009 hmmm, birthdays... whether it's at the beginning, which it is, then it would be an oxymoron to even think of its end. My oldest daughter's birthday was the same month and day she died, December 1st... (she passed away at eight years' young) not the same year, different dates. Speaking of dates... Ironic that your elder sister's birthday is on Christmas eve. My youngest daughter's birthday was/is Valentine's day but she went away to be with her sister and mother. Funny how no one can pick the day they're born and no one ever knows what they truly have until it's gone. Yes, I reckon I would want my birthday at the beginning. burn-out or fade-away?
Otokichi Posted December 23, 2009 Report Posted December 23, 2009 "Burn out," since I don't dance/sing/play, so can't "Not Fade Away." Northern or Southern Winter? (As in: Snowshoe festival in Maine or Prawns on the Barbie?)
MuzikTyme Posted December 24, 2009 Report Posted December 24, 2009 I'd be fond of the snowshoe on Barbie!....lol (southern winter) A beach without a horizon or a raincloud (without rain) above a desert?
Lea Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 A beach without a horizon. Roses or Lilacs?
Otokichi Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 Roses. (Some parts are edible; Lilacs are caterpillar food.) Fireworks: backyard (amateur) or harbor/bridge (professional)?
