To take a picture of your screen, just press the key 'Print Screen' and then open something like Paint, paste it in, save the file, and upload it to an image host. I don´t know if mac has an option to do it... anyways, mine is filled with icons and files and things for work so I don´t think anything could be seen, there´s just no room...
