edna
well since no one else will post..i will. i love to hear Total Eclipse of the Heart and It's Raining Men. those songs crack me up and i just love to sing or "bellow" them out. You mean THESE classics? I love them too, specially Bonnie Tyler. The other classics I like are Beatles, Bob Dylan, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd... As for the more classics yet, Tchaikovski´s "Swan Lake" is my favourite. Liszt, almost everything. I also like opera"Faust" (Gounod) and "Carmen" (Bizet)
Jenny
Since this thread has turned into a discussion on "classical", my choice would be "Carmen"...not the opera, the instrumental. I also like music by Peggy Lee, Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, the Motown artists....if we are labelling them as classics.
Aunt_Acid
Beethoven's 5th. Firebird Suite. A classic when Yes did it too. Crimson and Clover, I guess you would call that a classic. That is one of my favorite songs.
MindCrime
Mozart's Symphony, which is covered in just about every key, including E major flat & C minor & Concertto (Piano & Violin) as well as Fantasia, which I already mentioned.
