Udo Posted July 16, 2008 Report Posted July 16, 2008 Thanks for mentioning Neal. I used to love this song... No More Lies. Thanks for the link. I'd actually never heard any Schon/Hammer before, despite being a big fan of Neal Schon. He does a good job singing. I'll have to check out more of their work.
Ken Posted July 19, 2008 Report Posted July 19, 2008 I thought this was lost and gone forever. Far too bizarre not to watch. Devo - Secret Agent Man.

bazooka Posted August 6, 2008 Report Posted August 6, 2008 I tripped over this incredible personal flashback! Ain't That Just Like Me -- George & Teddy and the Condors George and Teddy were popular peformers on the early to mid 60s nightclub scene in San Francisco’s North Beach. My brother owned, and I fondly remember, the album George & Teddy and the Condors: In Person From Ciro's Le Disc * (Reprise RS-6135). And around the same time, Bobby Freeman revitalized his career with the the hit C'mon and Swim ** Bobby Freeman played at the infamous Condor Club. Uncle Joe Posted August 12, 2008 Report Posted August 12, 2008 It was 1958 and Rock And Roll was still very young. But some of us knew something special was happening. Rock And Roll Is Here To Stay
bazooka Posted October 13, 2008 Report Posted October 13, 2008 I've been hoping somebody would upload some of this stuff. Freedom -- The Sons of Champlin Wish there was more from Loosen Up Naturally, an outstanding album.
bluesboy Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 So bazooka, if you had your choice, what would be your next couple of uploads off this album ?
bazooka Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 That's easy. The first track 1982-A from this their first album is a good place to start and a perfect introduction to The Son's tight sound. And Get High , of course, both for the happy memories and because it is a great groove.
bluesboy Posted October 16, 2008 Report Posted October 16, 2008 Ok, I'll go look to download those 2 at ares this weekend and start looking for pictures. I'll try to get one of those up in a few days.
bazooka Posted October 17, 2008 Report Posted October 17, 2008 Cool! Thanks a million. I'd love to turn folks on to this stuff.
bluesboy Posted October 21, 2008 Report Posted October 21, 2008 Here you go, bazooka 1982 - A - Sons of Champlin
