_Laurie_
I really don't care for beer too much....In the summer I like to have one, but it's gotta be really cold beer.... I love margaritas!

Ombre Vivante
When I got money, though, it's New Castle or Guinness from tap. I seldom have the cash flow fer it since I blow all me money on music, movies, and books

MarcM
New Castle on tap or a raspberry ale from Belgium that my cousin gave me for Christmas. Wish I could remember the name. Bottled beer, either Miller Lite or Miller High Life.

MarcM
I found it. It's not an ale, but a lambic (whatever that is...)Lindemans Framboise Lambic. http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.thebrewsite.com/images/lindemans-framboise.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.thebrewsite.com/2006/11/29/50-beers-2.php&h=240&w=72&sz=6&hl=en&start=14&tbnid=UOCR377mqLrWYM:&tbnh=110&tbnw=33&prev=/images%3Fq%3DLindemans%2BFramboise%26gbv%3D2%26hl%3Den%26suggon%3D0%26sa%3DX

c_s_1987
I'm a fan of any brand of heiffeweizen. Hefeweizen is undoubtedly one of the best beer styles in the world. Weihenstephaner and Schofferhofer Hefeweizen are both amazing beers. Porter is my personal favourite style, though. My favourite beers have been organised for you at my beeradvocate.com profile. I don't think you need to register to view my list or reviews. For those who can't be bothered looking, my favourite is St Bernardus Abt 12. I had a Guinness Draught for St Patrick's Day - it still tastes as crap as I thought before I was a beer fan. Guinness Extra Stout is so much better. Lucky
No love for Anheiser Busch? I like dark beers a lot, but give me a frosty cold (Mike Shannon impression) Bud Lite in a bottle as my good old standby.

Ombre Vivante
Anything dyed green! Beer from green bottles aren't that good (i.e., Becks, Heineken). From what I recall, the darker the bottle, the better the fermentation and preservation of the reaction. The lighter colour of the bottle, the faster it will go down in quality. I think that's how it goes... I shoulda gone into fermentation science, but, then, SoCal isn't known for having that kind of industry (we just drink the stuff ).
