  5. Top 40 Hits of 1971 D.O.A. - Bloodrock (#36) D.O.A Bloodrock Bloodrock 2 Laying here looking at the ceiling Someone lays a sheet across my chest Something warm is flowing down my fingers Pain is flowing all through my back I try to move my arms and there's no feeling And when I look I see there's nothing there The face beside me stopped it totally bleeding The girl I knew has such a distant stare I remember We were flying along and hit something in the air I remember We were flying along and hit something in the air Then I looked straight at the attendant His face is pale as it can be He bends and whispers something softly He says there's no chance for me I remember We were flying along and hit something in the air I remember We were flying along and hit something in the air Life is flowing out my body Pain is flowing out with my blood The sheets are red and moist where I'm lying God in Heaven, teach me how to die I remember We were flying along and hit something in the air I remember We were flying along and hit something in the air

  11. I remember an album my brother had back in the early 70's.It was by STEPPENWOLF.The album's title was EARLY STEPPENWOLF.It had a really spooky version of THE PUSHER on it that was 23 minutes long.I believe it was recorded live at a place called THE MATRIX in San Francisco in 1967.
  12. The Long And Winding Road...is the only Beatles song that can bring a tear to my eye.For me that makes it the best. The Long And Winding Road (Lennon/McCartney) The long and winding road that leads to your door, Will never disappear, I've seen that road before It always leads me here, leads me to your door. The wild and windy night the rain washed away, Has left a pool of tears crying for the day. Why leave me standing here, let me know the way Many times I've been alone and many times I've cried Anyway you'll never know the many ways I've tried, but Still they lead me back to the long and winding road You left me standing here a long, long time ago Don't leave me waiting here, lead me to you door Da, da, da, da--

  17. I would suggest you check out Ebay before you buy anything. You can probably get a really good guitar at a reasonable price.I bought 5 electric guitars this past year. All on Ebay.
  18. I agree....you can move on to more expensive guitars when you get really good.
  19. I saw The Fabulous Thunderbirds on PBS Austin City Limits about ten years ago.Stevie Ray Vaughan's older brother Jimmy Vaughan was playing lead guitar for the Thunderbirds at the time.I was very impressed by him especially on this song.
