_Laurie_ Posted June 1, 2009 Report Share Posted June 1, 2009 Well actually is something my Dad always made...he called it Hobo Stew, and I think there's an Italian name for it also, but anyways it's made with cut up hotdogs instead of beef....It's cut up hotdogs, potatoes, pepppers, onions, garlic and a pinch of hot pepper all cooked in a crushed tomato sauce....cooked on top of the stove or in a slow cooker....then take a nice chunk of Italian Bread to dip in it also...good stuff, and easy to make....You can also use cut up sausage...
