skybluesky
Zucchini and sausage omelette, buttered wheat toast, and coffee. Laurie causes me much intrigue. I have never tried my beloved zucchini in an omelette. Tell me, was cheese involved? A nice sharp cheddar perhaps?

Where's Joe?...he owes me a lunch! Laurie, On Sunday I ate at a place just off the Rutgers campus called Stuff Yer Face. When I was there Mario Batali (the famous TV chef) worked there making their famous and incredible strombolis. Any way, I thought of you as I ordered a "Original". This was the first type stromboli they made when they opened 30 years ago. It's made up of mozzarella cheese, onions, peppers, salami and cappicola...all baked in a brick over inside a lovely, lovely homemade dough. Here's the menu if anybody cares: http://www.stuffyerface.com/foodMenu.html
