Epiphany
Hey... you study Linguistics? Not really, I took the class because it seemed cool. It was, lol. I'm majoring in Biology (Pre-med) and Jewish Studies. I just love learning other languages though. Are you studying Linguistics?
The Seeker
Ah okay... yes I do. It's only a secondary subject now though.
MuzikTyme
I always carry a shoehorn. This makes me wonder where you might carry it. Good idea, though, nevertheless. Myself, I carry a modern-day can opener and no, I won't reveal where I carry it.

Jenny
I may be crazy, but I think Roger Daltrey looks better now.
The Seeker
Now this is just from a guy's point of view, but he definitely looks nicer now, and a lot more mellow. Now better is a different matter... Edited April 23, 2008 by Guest

skybluesky
Sweet Lord, that first pic of Bruce Springsteen is positively frightening. Roger Daltry is always nice, but he was at his prime circa Tommy {the film}
The Seeker
Don't want to nitpick, but.. Daltrey Anyway, yes... 1969 to about 1975
skybluesky
yeah, I put {the film} because that's 75, and album was '69. But he is always fine with me
_Laurie_
Billy Joel kinda looks like Sylvester Stalone in his younger years...
skybluesky
I prefer Mr. Joel younger. I didn't see any difference in Alice Cooper, and I can't tell if that's good or bad for Alice.
Uncle Joe
I prefer Mr. Joel younger. I didn't see any difference in Alice Cooper, and I can't tell if that's good or bad for Alice. Joel Younger? He was one of them? They were some bad dudes in and around ole Mizoo. Which of these dudes is Joel? The Youngers
Jenny
As much as I love Billy Joel's music, I don't really think he's ever been much to look at. Then again, he landed Christie Brinkley, so what do I know?

Jenny
And what, about 24 years old? The man must have some kind of mojo. As must all of the Rolling Stones and Rod Stewart. If they weren't rich musicians, the only thing a young girl would do to them is slap them.
Uncle Joe
I saw them on Oprah. She's lovely and very articulate and is successful in her own right as a cook and cookbook writer. Though, being married to him hasn't hurt, I'm sure. He, on the other hand, came off sounding insipid (dull). I've seen him a number of times (I'm a big fan of his music and have been since Cold Spring Harbor) and he only seems articulate when talking about his music.
