You made these up, right?

Stop making me feel so OLD.

lol hey well a couple of them are local bands so unless you live around the NYC area, it wouldn't make sense if you'd heard of them. Cake is a California band, not too popular but a unique sound that I love - lol I'd check these guys out, though I doubt you would be able to find Rockets & Cars too easily without buying their CD.

Thanks Laura. Hope you have a great time on Songfacts. No I wouldn't have heard of the local bands there. I'm Australian like Katie, but I haven't heard of those 3 Bands she mentioned either. Just as long as they Rock and not Rap.

Our youngest son is in to most of the new age bands. I'll have to ask him.

LOL Darryl

Indiana Wants Me - R.Dean Taylor

the part in this song where the cops are yelling through the megaphone, "You are surrounded! Come out with your hands up!" totally reminds me of the scene in "Risky Business" where he's dreaming he's doing the babysitter and the cops are yelling through the megaphone, "Get off the babysitter! You have no future!"

I like Pearl Jam :P

And why shouldn't you ? :) My 25 year old son thinks they're great too.

If we all had the same tastes the world would be a boring old place.

Why not put on your Top Twenty PJ songs, please ?
