That can't be good), seatbelts (not in the backseat unless I'm in law-abiding foreign land), and 5 servings of fruit and veg because I don't think I have five servings of anything in a day - how much is a 'serving' anyway?! From what I know it doesn't harm you in any way (unlike high blood pressure) unless it's so low you start falling over, AND you're much less likely to suffer strokes. It's weird that they are ok with a couple drinks every day, but not a joint 3 or 4 times a year. oh well, I don't really care anyways, I'm more focussed on living than dying.
