Across the Universe

Songs by the Beatles illustrate a tale of two star-crossed lovers swept up by the 1960s counterculture and the anti-war movement.

9/10 - Very trippy and good use of visual effects also I love the Bono/Edge cameo and their cover versions of "I am the Walrus" and "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds".

Mr. Neil Young: Heart Of Gold on VH1 Classic.

I missed the first part, but it's on again tomorrow...I'll have to record it...It's very good, and Neil is such a great storyteller too...

The Last Man and The Omega Man are also good :beatnik:

I was watching something I had on me shelves for a year. I hadn't gotten around to watching this thing. Sakura Tsuushin. I feel like someone living in his parents' basement for watching this weird, perverse, and compelling old television series. If I were 15 years younger, I might appreciate it more seeing as to how I used to collect U-Jin's works a long time ago. This is the first non-erotic/non-pornographic work I've seen by him.

The Kennedy Center Honors broadcast was the best ever. All of the honorees were extremely deserving and the video bios were exceded only by the fantastic performances. Awesome show!

More tomorrow.

Little Britain Abroad, 2006

In 2006, two Christmas specials were released. In each, characters from the show were depicted as visiting other countries.

The American ones are also really funny, especially the naked locker room scenes
