The Seeker
His ego? He ought to know I'd get Monty Python references!
Farin
actually I wasn't worried that nobody would GET the reference, it was the degree of funny-ness of said reference that I was worried about especially Fin already got WAY more obscure MP references

Levis
I just read that there's a new Beck album coming out in july, it's called "Modern Guilt" and is produced by no other than Danger Mouse Ironic, I've just been streaming a few songs from it. Three of the ten songs from the album are available here. Found out the video for Beck's new single is up on Amazon and on YouTube and the song - along with two others - is streaming on his MySpace It's called 'Gamma Ray'. Modern Guilt releases July 7th in the UK and Europe (why are those listed separately?) and on the 8th in North America. PS: dig the hair Edited June 28, 2008 by Guest credit for original mention(s) ;)
Farin
Modern Guilt releases July 7th in the UK and Europe (why are those listed separately?) it's not the first time I wondered that...
The Seeker
UK and continental Europe I'm guessing... plus quite often the UK gets things earlier or layer.

The Seeker
Just like Oasis indeed. If the album's going to be like this too I don't have to be afraid of another Don't Believe The Truth anymore. some more

Tenacious_Peaches
That's what you get for assuming, Batman. I'm sick to death of it at this point, but I do like it. I prefer Playing With Fire.

Batman
biggest dissapointment of the year so far: madvillain's supposed new album not actually being new material. it was just "madvillainy" remixed.
Mars88
I listened to Kid Rock's All Summer Long today on the radio. It sounds like a mix of Werewolves of London and Sweet Home Alabama. The question is...did he give credit to the writers, or simply ripped it off?
Farin
I really doubt he ripped it off without giving credit to the writers doesn't change the quality of the song though

scott
oh and to be on topic, I rather enjoyed Keane's first album...the second not so much, but I've heard the third one is quite an improvement, so I'll have to give it a listen.
