Super Ry 71
...it's a little bit confusing... Pretty much describes the AMG in a nutshell.
babyteen
So I'm wondering, does anyone want me to post the file, so they know which song I'm talking about? This way someone can tell me if they know what kind of sax this is, and to clear up all of the confusion for me.
Uncle Joe
I don't.

babyteen
Do it! If I can download it, I will tell you and put you to rest on this! When you say you'll put me to rest on this, is that your way of saying that you'll clear up the confusion for me?
MarcM
Exactly!
MarcM
OK, I listened to the song. It is a tenor saxophone. It sounds like it was run through a synthesiser or something else at the time the song was mixed, as it does not sound unadulterated. I looked up who played the solo. It was Stan Getz, a tenor guy who is well known in the jazz world.
babyteen
Wow! That's Amazing! If that was a tenor sax, it sure sounded more like a soprano sax with its tone. Is that what happens when a Tenor Sax is run through a synthesizer?
MarcM
Thats what it sounded like to me. Or maybe it was compressed in the mixing.
