It's like cereal and orange juice (milk, sugar, fruits, nuts) - BUT WITH ANTIOXIDANTS - it's clearly the healthiest breakfast ever.

I had a banana muffin for lunch, the healthiness does not stop.

It's cool, I have 'green coffee' here - 70% more antioxidants than green tea (if the jar sez so, it must be true). Also two spoons of (raw) sugar in it. This is one nutritious diet.
