Kevin
I'd have to say the Rolling Sones doing " Angie " has to be the coolest and most touching video I've ever seen . I think it must of come off some TV special though , being '73 and all . Likely on YOUTUBE but I'm too lazy to find it . Edited January 18, 2007 by Guest Poster request to change the title. MindCrime
It would be hard to pick just one, after searching through a list of videos I'm sure I could find one. I think the new Internet Explorer 7 search bar comes with a YouTube search option, that allows you to search the site automatically from the toolbar. Kevin
Pish -posh ! Dead thread , new thoughts and a new year ! Also , as per the ' wonderful example ' in the 1st post - WHY do you like it ... not simply show it to us !?!
MindCrime
If this thread is for pre-MTV ; then I would pick "Over the Hills & Far Away" Led Zepp as my favorite or one of them being.
Red Fish
Mine's Subterranean Homesick Blues - Bob Dylan. Good choice. I liked Angie, too. I can't really pick a favorite... but I guess I'd go with Someday by Nickelback for now. It tells a fairly interesting story.
Tenacious_Peaches
Is that the video with the death clock over everyone's head? I like that one. I saw a new video by them that I liked, too. I can't remember what it's called, but it tells the stories of people who made global changes, like Bob Geldof and Nelson Mandela. If I could get to YouTube, I'd find it. }
Red Fish
Someday basically tells the story of a dead guy who doesn't realize he's dead. In grief, his wife goes out and gets into a car wreck, and then they're reunited. But yeah, that death clock one was pretty cool. The song wasn't that cool, though. I also like Photograph, although it doesn't so much follow a story like the other ones. I'm not familiar with the other one, though.
Tenacious_Peaches
Oh, yeah, I liked that one, too. Nickelback gets a lot of crap, and I'm not sure why. Their first CD was pretty good. The songs talked about issues that I am familiar with, like kids growing up with parental abuse and disappearing fathers. I guess you like what you can relate to. I'll find the other one tonight when I'm home and post a link to it.

Kevin
... and I directed Andy Warhol ... ( very difficult , as I remember, so I then went into the business of massive heroin importing - another story - but , hence , my love for Central and South America ! )
