Tenacious_Peaches
Well, aren't you smart?
Elvish
Good point, Das. But there's usually no hype when an Other dies...Ethan, Danny, Patchy, etc.
Elvish
BTW: I read that Locke and Daddy Dearest won't be in the next five episodes!?!
daslied
But Ethan, etc., haven't been as integral to the show as Ben and Juliet. Who knows?
Tenacious_Peaches
I hope it's not the fake beard wearing dude that took Walt. I like that guy, even if he is an Other. He cracks me up.
TheLizard
I finally got around to watching the last episode today, and it just reaffirmed Locke as my favorite character. And my guess for next week's death is Desmond, but I hope I'm wrong.
daslied
Desmond is the business, so he'd better not kick it. I vote for Ben.
Sweet Jane 61
Oh my God!! I just watched the show!! Ok I want Ben to die, he is just a bast**rd!! And when Locke went flying out the window....WOW!! Kate and Jack, I so don't want them together at all now. I always thought Sawyer was better for her anyway, they are two of a kind. Locke's Dad, now that was a surprise for sure!! Loved it!
Elvish
A bit dated, but y'all might enjoy this: Lost Park
Tenacious_Peaches
My girl got kicked off America's Next Top Model, my guy got kicked off American Idol, and there was a mother loving spider plot line on Lost. Criminy, last night sucked. }
Uncle Joe
Buried alive. Will they be rescued next week?
Tenacious_Peaches
I doubt it. Or at least, I hope not.
Elvish
I'll bet they'll need a diamond for something at some point in the near future - cutting or what have you. They'll discover they buried them alive... Locke did say that nothing stays buried on the island...
Elvish
Another thought: the writers did an excellent job of reminding me that I'm not all that sad Boone and Shannon are dead
TheLizard
The writers couldn't think of 16 cohesive episodes, so they tried to Tarantino it? Blah I say, blah. At the very least, if you're going to have Sawyer and Hurley in it for most of the episode, give them funnier lines.
Elvish
Something that cracks me up: when Jin spouted off some Korean and Hurley said, "I know!" I'm glad to see some character development in Sawyer...and some shirtlessness
Sweet Jane 61
I'm glad to see some character development in Sawyer...and some shirtlessness Oh my I had to watch that scene a few times...oh so worth every second!! Cool episode for the most part. I was hoping for Charlie or Ben to be in the grave though.
Elvish
Sawyer the Shirtless Redneck Little something for the ladies I looove the dimples!
Sweet Jane 61
Elvy, girl I love you!! That was funny and oh so yummy!! And I agree with you about the dimples....oh yeah!!
Rayzor
When does Kate walk around shirtless??
TheLizard
There's good potential for some shirt-rippage in next episode's cat fight.
Sweet Jane 61
I think a mud fight with the chicks would be interesting and then Sawyer would need to jump in and break things up...or just let the chicks take him and do whatever.... Sweet Jane 61
5 1/2 hours to go. Can't wait to see what will happen tonight. I so am wondering if they will dig their way out. Also hoping for more Sawyer with no shirt!
Uncle Joe
Well, more and more LOST is resembling Six Degrees. Everybody's connected to everybody. Locke learns to spell team with an I. Sad to see him wuss out on the survivors. I'm enjoying the hell out of this show. Oh, and nope. No resurrection of Nikki (?) and Paolo.
Elvish
I'm getting more and more aggravated with the show. The writers are telegraphing everything as soon as an episode starts (okay, with the exception of Locke's dear old dad). This time though: who didn't know that was Cassidy helping Kate, or that Hurley was conning Sawyer (not very believable, either. Or are they trying to show that he's losing his touch?) Here's what the scoreboard in my head looks like this week Hurley: +50 (however unlikely, he conned Sawyer. But he was so dang cute and charming doing it! ) Jack: -50 (way to think with your penis, dude. Kate should tell him about Juliette misleading her - twice - in the jungle. I don't trust Juliette...she's another plant IMO). Locke: -5000 (yes, I know he has his reasons. And I know the writers are manipulating us into hating him). Writers: -5,000,000 (for turning one of my favorite characters into a least-fave and for all the obvious "twists")
